An experienced events professional is required to take full responsibility for planning, organisation and operational duties for our events. Role and responsibilities include:
- Venue selection & negotiation
- Entering partnerships
- Speaker assignment and management
- Preparing marketing materials
- Liaise with marketing team and undertake marketing communications
- Communicating with the media and event organisers
- Operational activities, including event supervision, registration, catering, etc.
Applicants should have minimum of 5 years of related experience, ideally in conferences, exhibitions or industry events. European languages prefered. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

The incumbent will undertake marketing & sales activities for our events. The role involves building prospective contact databases, approaching prospective delegates and sponsors, and other marketing activities. Tasks include:
- Undertaking sales & marketing activities

- Attending trade shows & exhibitions

We are offering work placements to students / recent graduates looking for some experience in market research and / or marketing events. The work placements enable students to get some valuable experience, as well as relate marketing theory and commercial knowledge to real-life industry scenarios.
Marketing work placement - the role involves undertaking marketing activities, organisational support, and general administration for our events division.
Research work placement - the role involves implementing market research programmes, data analysis, and general support to our research division.
The work placements are from 3-6 months. They are suited to students / graduates looking to develop new skills and gain some experience in marketing events / research, as well as persons who have a keen interest in ethical & sustainable product industries.
